Excessive near work and continuous screen time can be associated with eye strain and headache.
Reduce screen time.
Can see the screen at a stretch for 20 -25 minutes, then take a short 20 second break looking far away as far as 20 feet.
Take a 15 min break after every 2 hours.
Ensure optimal screen and lighting conditions. Try to reduce glare in the screen.
