Eye movement while closing eye

For past 3 days I a facing difficulty in sleeping. Whenever I close my eyes there is rapid eye movement and it is involuntary but when I open it is steady because of this I am unable to sleep. Please help me

Pl consult pulmonologist and psychiatrist for further evaluation and treatment. Pl have good Nutritous diet and sleep. Pl do Yoga,meditation and pranayama and eye exercises.
