Hello Doctor, which glasses are best for eyes? Blue cut or antiglare? I have heard Blue cut are marketing gimmicks. Please advice. Thanks

Blue cut glasses reduce approx 60 % blue light that is coming from electronic devices which is helpful...so if you have a lot of work on laptop/mobile i would recommend blue cut glasses
