Extreme pain in my back molars
I’m experiencing sudden, extreme pain in my back molars specifically when drinking cold or room-temperature water. The sensation is a sharp, intense shock that makes the tooth feel unstable, as if it might fall out. Otherwise, the area feels normal. Please check the attached photo for signs of deep decay, a cracked tooth, or nerve exposure. What are my next steps?

Appears to be infection around partially erupted wisdom tooth.
Please visit an Oral& Maxillofacial surgeon ,the tooth will need to be surgically removed after radiographic examination ,
Also ,you will benefit from cleaning as lot of plaque and calculus is there,which improves the overall oral health.

Hey hi,The pain is due to wisdom tooth.you should consult a nearest dentist to get xray done
