Hello, I am having extreme pain in both legs from last 4 days starting from hips going till calfs in both the legs and at times the pain gets really severe. Especially the back side of legs. Please suggest what could be the reason and who should I consult for this? I have hypothyoird and on medication (75 mcg).

If ur calf pain is associated witj back pain  or gets or gets better with bending forward need to see a pain specialist or spine doc ..if gets ok with rest and doesnt imprive by bending forward may be a vascular surgeon
