You seem to be emotionally sensitive person and connect yourself with all events that your family and friends go through as well as you own encounters. This is quite normal as each one of us are made differently.
Having said that, train yourself to understand, analyse and handle situations that are well within your control. Be an witness to events that are beyond your control but you can empathise though.
