Extreme itchy scalp

I have a really itchy scalp mostly on the back of my head,the itch is so intense sometimes.frequently i noticed that after I itch back of my head I got red clot in my nails it is big sometimes like big enough to fill fingernails.that itch never goes away.also same itchy thing is on my neck and back also iIgot a bump under my skin on neck which is immovable and painful.that same clot red thing is on my neck also small ones.i even wash my hair more frequently then also it is there.

Itching esp in the back of the scalp and nape of neck can point out to head lice infestation. But should be differentiated from psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis and other fugal infection of the scalp
