My-dentist-extract-this-tooth-14-days-before-and-7-days-before-he-opened-the-stitch-but-now-the-area looks like this. Is it ok or I have to restitch again?

No stitches required if u do not have pain / swelling / discomfort. Do keep the area clean so that food particles do not get lodged in the healing socket
