Extraction
Maximum how much time is taken to heal from tooth extraction. Its 8th day today. My dr told to take painkiller and said its normal, it takes time to recover. I am taking it twice a day and taking everyday. I thought the pain will not arrive post 4-5 days of extraction but post 8 days, I still feel pain which I can not tolerate and it stops by taking painkiller only. It was surgical extraction for Molar tooth. Is this really normal.

Pain should not be there on 8th day. I am assuming that your mouth opening is also less. Please do the following -
1) Warm saline rinses
2) Open and close your mouth to full extent
