Considering your weight it's possible that your liver  function has declined. If you are consuming alcohol, with sedentary life style. If you are a non-alcoholic, the cause is your medication with . Your medication has increased the work load of liver. Resulting in pain over the area above the liver. It's less likely but have to considered as well. Lastly, look for your body posture, but it won't feel heavy for 10 days.
Next Steps
1. LFT 2. USG abdomen 3. lipid profile

Take ppi with it. Sure that medication is taken after food. Possible if taking from long time. Do you smoke or drink?
