External Oblique Heaviness Left Side
From last 10 days facing External Abdominal Oblique heaviness. Left side below rib(side portion). No such pain.

If you are a non-alcoholic, the cause is your medication with . Your medication has increased the work load of liver. Resulting in pain over the area above the liver. It's less likely but have to considered as well.
Lastly, look for your body posture, but it won't feel heavy for 10 days.
