How many months does it take for an external hemorrhoid to heal up? Is there any case where doesn't heal up at all?

Depends firstly whether the hemorrhoid felt is external or prolapsed internal pile mass or some other cause like polyp tag etc. Then the treatment depends on its size location grade etc. It may need surgical intervention sometimes.
