I delivered through c-section in September 2016. I want to start exercising to increase my core strength and have a flatter tummy as well. What all exercises can I start with.. preferable in yoga and freehand.?

Hi It will be better if u start exercises under guidance May be u can call a yoga instructor Just be careful don’t expect fast results It takes time
