I am snoring excessively how can I get rid of that.I am not overweight. Could you suggest any anti snoring device that can help.

U need to be evaluated ter are various causes for snoring , can b due to problem in the nose or throat or evn a bulky tongue since u said not overweight tat is ruled out So depending on your problem you wil need solution for which best is to consult an ent in person
