I have consulted a doctor here on practo and he had advised me to take antim crud 30 and gastrobin which I had take for 2 months now and my gastric problem was relived a bit like white tongue coating which was my main symptom and bloated stomach like a balloon before.. Now he had told me to take China q,antim crud 30 and gastrobin drops...but after taking china q bloating becomes more severe so I stopped..same doctor is told me to take antim crud 30 once early morning 5 drops in water and gastrobin 3 times before food...but if I eat anything rich or heavy meal only rarely anytime I still get too much bloating specially at night..my weight is 70 kg and height is 5ft.6 inch and when I get too much bloated I get palpitations at night when lying down..plz advise
