Making a journal of your thoughts that triggers such severe emotions will help you to identify the source of your anger. Once you have an insight of what makes you angry, jot down different ways to dealing with that source of anger. Make sure you write down at least 5 ways of dealing with that source of anger. Then try the one you think is most appropriate. Yoga and meditation might help you to calm down. Avoid displacing your anger on others. As it might make your relationships bitter.
