How will I know my exact ovulation day , if my periods is irregular and sometimes it's start in 28 , sometimes 28 , sometimes 30 , sometimes 1 , how to conceive fast , I also have small endometriotic cyst .

Either ultrasound scan or by urine ovulation test (Knowsure). You should consult a Gynaecologist regarding the days when you should do your urine ovulation test.
