Hello dear patient you need to change your dietary habits first for gastric probems. Eat regularly, avoid skipping meals, avoid fatty, fried foods, eat less spicy foods. Eat salad with foods. Avoid drinking milk during night time. Drink coffee or tea occasionally only. Don't sleep just after eating dinner, at least 2hr gap need to be there. For medications you can take consultation with me I will write you a prescription.
