Evening rise fever

I have fever from 4 months which doesn't goes above 100 F I have done test for typhoid, tb and nothing is found I have done ct scan and xay but no problem has been found I have done CBC, PBF, and culture - blood and urine I have uploaded the report on this link pls check and tell me im worried bit.ly/Reports123

Please see a physician. Fever of 4 months  (if there is fever above 101 °F) needs thorough evaluation. Please avoid online consultations for potentially serious illnesses.
