ESR value in CBC

I took a CBC test as a general checkup. All values are normal. But 2 values are irregular. MCH value is 26.9 [ref. range 27-33 pg] ESR - 46 mm/hr [ref. range 0-15 mm/hr] Is the esr high due to mch related because the dlc count is normal.

During chronic infections TLC count may become normal. TLC within range is not a marker of no infection. Any chronic illness can cause raised ESR. It is a non specific test. Consult at your convenience.
