ESR TEST BACK PAIN

MY ESR TEST is 18 and im having back pain at center ,when I sleep it doesn't let me sleep some kind of discomfort and in morning I am having back pain while waking up. I can do all types of works no effect  but when I lie down on bed somè kind of discomfort.

ESR might or might not related to back pain. Back pain may be due to muscle weakness. Do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury or buldge. Consult orthopaedic dr. Take vitamin d and b12 along with calcium supplements.

Mat be the bed it self not suitable and you have frequent muscle spasm try to change your bed

Chk your  blood calcium and vit d level. Note evening 6 PM temperature for 33 days. ESR is normal.
