I had covid 3 months back, got negative and I have been vaccinated with my first dose and its been 6 days. During covid my ESR was 13 and CRP 19. After I recovered in 14 days my ESR was 07 and CRP 04. I was getting slight chest pain so got ECG done in month of June and it was normal. Blood sugar was normal, TSH normal, d dimer normal. Chest pain started again so I got CBC done 6 days back and ESR was 22. I'm worried now. That very day I got vaccinated. Is there something to worry? Idk what to do

Chest pain could be due to gastric causes also.

Hi friend Chest pain or pain in pectoral region is different. If pain gets aggravated while having spicy food then go for a ultrasound abdomen..
Next Steps
Better take a ultrasound abdomen. Avoid spicy food.
