Patient is diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer(Squamous Cell Caricoma). CT scan Reports have been attached. Please help with info of different treatments. And also need to know that what patient can do to maintain body strength as it very difficult to swallow causing weakness.

FJ tube placement for feeding. PetCt then assessment for chemotherapy first. All depend on patient general condition.
