My ultra sound shows mild enlarged prostate, 29.4 Cc in Volume. Urine retension is 11cc (Post Void) after ultrasound. PSA 0.48 is it ok, if not what treatment options are there

PSA 0.48 is normal. Prostate size 29.4 cc is only mildly enlarged, and post-void urine 11 cc is insignificant. Usually no treatment is needed if symptoms are mild. If you have frequent urination, weak stream, urgency, or night urination, then connect for treatment
