Endometriosis further decreases chances of conception. If you are keen on a child, consult an IVF specialist as soon as possible. If not, you can be put on progestins or you can consider GnRh analogue.

Relief of pain from endometriosis is by creating a state of artificial menopause. As long as you take progestogens you will be free from symptoms. You don't have children. So the problem is compounded further . You have not mentioned your age. I suggest you should consult with a Gynaecologist in your area who is working on Infertility. Your treatment should be directed towards infertility. If you conceive then you will not have symptoms during your pregnancy. After you have a baby you may not mind going for a radical surgery.
