It could be Endometriosis is never diagnosed with certainty unless intraoperatively.. multiple fibroid uterus may not b of concern as its smaller size But hemorrhagic cyst could b endometriosis.. Get AMH test done to know ovary status.. and stop using ovulation induction drugs if u are on any

Yes hemorrhagic cysts could be endometriosis U can get a blood test ca 125 to find out Get a test called hsg to see if tubes are open or closed
