I am dinogest 2 mg 20 days .then my spotting started till 10 days. I take pause 500 3 days 3 times .then my spotting stopped. But after 3 days it will start again .then I will start primolut n 2 tab a day with dinogest 2 mg. The bleeding will stop. Can I take dinogest 2 mg along with primolut n 2 tabe twice together? It will be safe? I have taken bp medicine also. .my endometrial thickness is 13.4 mm

Irregular bleeding is a side effect of Dinogest Pause will only reduce an excessive flow not stop it The endometrial thickness is high you need a biopsy
