Hi this is Anjali, 4 years ago, I had a C-section, and last year (2024), gallstone surgery. For the past 8–9 months, I’ve had severe left-side stomach pain during and after periods. My doctor prescribed Dinogest for 3 months, but I didn’t follow up. The pain worsened, making movement difficult. Recent scans show scar endometriosis has grown from 14.2 × 12.9 mm to 21.3 × 18.3 mm. Please advise next steps and suggest a good gynecologist in South Delhi near Saket. Thank you!
