How it is done and can it be done under anesthesia as I can't bear pain...and can it be done on periods...what is hpe...why it is done

Can be done as outpatient procedure as a pipal biopsy. Or DAnd C. Under m short acting anaesthesia. Scrapings, are sent for biopsy. Depends on your gynaecologist.
