Endometrial Polyp

We have tried for pregnancy for last 1 year 06 months but not conceived. In last year I had undergone TAS + TVS in which the following findings are observed. (1) Minimal / altered sonographic features of PCOS with 24 x 9mm developing follicle at right ovary. (2) Mildly heterogeneous 42 x 29 x 32mm = 21cc element with left ovarian steoma without vascular flow. (3) 11 x 3 mm endometrial Polyp of retroverted uterus (70mm x 33mm x 46mm), without any detectable/ differential focal lession. (4) Increased myometrial vascular flow. Is there any abnormality in the above report which hinder conception? I have 28 days menstrual cycle. At each every cycle around 21-22 days light bleeding starts and stops after 2 days. Then periods comes.
