Endometrial polyp and fibroid

Hi, I'm 41 yes old. Menstruation is reg.have spotting on the 10th or 11th day during some cycles but not always. Took blood tests. All normal. Thyroid, prolactin vit b12, cbc etc. Hba1c at 6.1, mild cholesterol. I took a usg today and there seems to be polyps. Attached is the report. Does it necessarily need removal. I have a 5 year old daughter and am not sexually active. I took an earlier scan 2 years back and in comparison the polyps have increased by 0.9 in size. Will it increase further. Do I need surgery. Can this be observed to see if there are changes and what are the chances this could turn cancerous. Please advise. Thank you in advance.
