If you have any polyp then polypectomy has to be done and if any abnormality in the lining then you should be doing endometrial biopsy

Get and Ultrasound pelvis Depends on the underlying cause, doctor will decide whether to go for D and C or polypectomy or hysteroscopy Before all these get LBC/ pap smear
