26yrs weight 46kg, while playing sliders she forcefully hit on floor or thursday. After 2days today got severe pain ad swelling around ankle looks sprain on thursday,photo attached, shall i lift the leg upward ad sleep? Having pain killer but had prawn 2piece shall i eat tablet? What can i do for pain now ?

First get the xray done... Ankle xray.. yes u can lift the leg by putting it on pillow while sleeping.. we have to examine ur ankle to find out any ligament sprained or not and treatment will be given accordingly.
