Hi! I see your LFTs are normal except the elevated bilirubin and you're concerned if its NASH well as your USG and Fibroscan are normal we can rule out NASH at the moment Although there are few question that i want to ask 1. Does anyone from your side of the family have the same problem? 2. How often do you consume alcohol? 3. Were you sick during dec 2024 when you had slight elevation in your LFT? 4. Do you have any other symptoms (like fatigue, myalgia, etc)
Next Steps
I'd recommend few test that you should get done 1. CBC with PBS 2. Iron profile 3.ESR How ever I’d like you book a consult with me or any gastroenterologist to further narrow down your concerns and arrive at a diagnosis
