Hello. Someone told me Drinking water is Good.. I started drinking water whenever i go urine I drink water again... I've been doing this from last almost 1.5months...then 1 night my heart Started beating fast Suddenly... After week I developed palpitations, Anxiety,musle Twitching,internal tremor,sound Sensitivity etc...i was also in Stress...now i corrected my diet... Slowly I'm recovering...but i still have Anxiety... Did CBC blood Test,ECG was Normal Any suggestions

Two n half to three liters  water is sufficient  Adjust  ur water intake according to colors of urine.......color of urine  should be  crystal  clear u need should  be adjusted accordingly. You get thyroid  test done
