If a diabetic person has sodium levels of 120 or 125....can it be corrected by dietery supplementation or require hospitalization and saline administration. other electrolytes are normal. how to ensure sodium levels are maintained, given that kidney, liver, thyroid function is normal. currently she is on corticosteroid treatment for 10 years now because of sheehans syndrome. please suggest.
