Hello there...I can understand your concern for your father's health. How did diagnose him first to have low sodium without proper investigations. Don't try to play doctor with someone else health. People with low sodium generally have weakness, nausea, headache or even seizures in severe cases. But these symptoms can occur even in other systemic diseases. Get his serum electrolytes done at any good diagnostic center like kanva diagnostics and consulta general physician for further evaluation.
