Is this ecg normal, I'm having fluttering in my heart and bloating, with no angina, I'm taking escitalopram 15 mg for 3 years for panic disorder, bp is 117/89 , pulse average 70, no sugar

It is normal.  Try to keep yourself mentally busy in a positive way, try to be relaxed via meditation, pranayam and reading good literature. Have a balanced diet, do some physical activity regularly. This way your anxiety will reduce  and you can stop escitalopram slowly.

Fluttering of heart itself is main symptom of panic attack.. Secondly to r/o any arrythmia this ecg is not sufficient, you need to get holter's 24 hours ecg monitoring report. Thirdly i would also recommend you sharing your cbc report.. as anemia is no.1 cause of palpitations. I also wish to know what were the symptoms you got during episode of panic first time to know if it was really panic disorder. Panic disorder is diagnosis of exclusion but since you never got 24 hours ecg monitoring to r/o SVT it's tough to know what's actually happening here with you.
Next Steps
for any futher queries and guidance feel free to consult me anytime Dr mayank naik MBBS(kmc manipal), DFM(cmc vellore)
