Elbow and forearm pain

I had a injury in gym lifting heavy weights.. It hurted my elbow joints and forearm..and its been a year the pain is there..I have tried medications.. It works temporarily and comes back when I do any physical activity.. Pls help

Please explain how you injured yourself, still I would suggest Might be symptom of bursitis. You need to take rest, from gym. min 15-20 days. Can use hot and cold therapy (contrast bath), ultrasound therapy, post rest days use wts at gym,but use low wt and less reps, slow progress to wt training. Strengthen forearm muscle is v imp.

Chronic elbow and forearm pain for 1year may be due to improper healing of soft tissues and that may create scaring or muscle dysfunctions or problems with your bony part better consult a Physiotherapist near by you who can provide manual therapy will surely help u thank u

hello fracture and mal union should be ruled out consult orthopedician for further evaluation and treatment.
