For your information Suspect HIV only if you are having multiple sexual partners or you have been transfused blood and it was not checked for viral markers before transfusion, or you got injected with unsterile needle or used needle.
Otherwise you don’t have to think of HIV
And the pain could be due to physical stress on muscles and bones if the physical activity is too vigorous!
