Hello Doctor, How many eggs in a day can baby eat? Can he eat 2 eggs in a day? ( or) 1 whole egg and 1 egg white? My baby age is 15 months. Please suggest. Thank you.

Hi it is preferable to give eggs only twice to thrice a week. Not everyday. It has a lot of heavy protein and fat which will be difficult to digest if given everyday. It will lead to excessive protein and fat in the body. So please give only 2-3 times a week
