Effect of Cold/Rabies Vaccine

Today i.e 3rd August , I got my 3rd dose of rabies vaccine Next is scheduled for 28th August Today night i felt like a sore throat Kharash type in my throat Will this cold /sore throat/fever affect my rabies vaccine? Decrease the Vaccine efficacy? If the cold gets extreme /fever is there If i take any cold medicine like montekulast or paracetamol Will it affect Vaccine Efficacy What things effect this rabies vaccine?
