Eelbow surgery before 2 months

My mother Eelbow surgery has been done before 2 months but The hand movement totally lost and swelling not in controlled . I have consult 2 orhopedics doctors but they did not find out the root problem. They even not touch elbow and hand of the patients. I went sanchit hospital but no solution .. swelling and pain increase day to day.
