In IVF if the patient gets ectopic pregnancy what could be the possible reason? Can Doctor be the reason for the tubal pregnancy as the embryo was not properly implanted in uterus?

There are many causes of ectopic pregnancy in ivf cycle -h/ o pelvic surgery / damaged tubes / PID/ h/o previous ectopic pregnancy.IVF TECH RELATED -multiple embryo tranfer / high amt of tranfer media used
