Ectopic pregnancy

I have been diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy, according to my gynaec its a declining one because my beta HCG has reduced over a time from 360 to 55, so is it advisable to go for a surgery or is their a possibility that it can get cured by medicine? Urgently reply

55 is very less.. Do one more beta hcg after 3 days No surgery or medicine... Looks like chemical pregnancy to me... Was ir documented on sonography? As it is declining ,so can be monitored by ultrasound scan. If there is no pain ,it can be managed conservatively

If it is a reducing titre then you don’t have to go for surgical procedure.nut serial monitoring of serum beta HCG is of prime importance
