In anomaly scan, intra cardiac echogenic focus in the left ventricle(isolated findings). What will I do? Is this serious problem?

If your TIFFA and Quadruple marker test are normal then nothing is to be done at present. You should tell the Paediatrician at the time of delivery that the echogenic focus was found on the left ventricle wall.
