Chest pain should not be assumed to be gas, even if it settled. The uploaded ECG image is incomplete and not clear enough for a reliable interpretation here. Please obtain the written ECG report and have it reviewed by a clinician. If pain recurs, is pressure-like, radiates, or comes with breathlessness, sweating or faintness, seek emergency care immediately. Upload a clear full 12-lead ECG/report or book a Practo consultation with me for a proper review.
