I am a 35 yrs old active man, working out daily, yesterday night, at midnight my sleep break and I find pain in my left chest pain was not intense and was mild simultaneously my left hand was felling like numbness for sometime as I think it was under my body. Later after some time numbness resolved by itsown , I was also having gas and I passed stool as well. I was worried if it is a heart pain. However pain is not there now, it was for some time only. I become worried and anxious now. I did ECG, please check and tell me the best suggestion. In 2023 I also felt same in addition bloating was there, I did ECHO. tMT and ECG that time and cardiologist said it's absolutely Normal and gave me pantop tablet.
