Any changes in attached ECG. Given Ecospirin 150 and asked to do Echocardiogram. Had mild chest discomfort with pain in left arm yesterday, but today no issues.

You have mentioned nothing about your Blood pressure , the symptoms you have, and any long term treatment. How old is the ECG ? It is showing bradycardia. You should get a 2D Echo and a  TMT done.
