I just want to know about eating raw rice . I eating it for a long time. I have some symptoms like digestion problem, nausea. What are the effects and how do i cure it ?

More side effects are there:              Lectin is nature insecticide will be in rice if you are eating that may cause_food poisioning              There will be coating of cellulose on the raw rice it makes poor absorption of protein in the body               It makes pica syndrome in every time of ur food......means nausea vomiting etc
