Generalised Dapa xr can’t be 20/1/1000. It must be 10/2/1000 or 10/1/1000. Please check.
Regarding mango in lunch. Usually a small portion 50 to max 100 gm is okay. Once in. A day provided you have good sugar control.
Also, since you eating mango which reflects your interest in sugar and carbohydrate rich food. I would suggest to get
vitamin b12 and vitamin d3 levels checked.
